You should receive five pieces in your packet:

1. Tuli, Tuli arr. Alex Gartner
2. Stars Tonight, Judith Herrington
3. This Is Your Time, J. Reese Norris
4. Canticle to the Spirit, Eleanor Daley
5. You’ll Never Guess What I saw, Ruth Watson Henderson

Part Assignments

1. There are two songs that are two part divisi. For these songs, please sing the part you registered as (Part I or Part II)
   1. You’ll Never Guess What I Saw
   2. Canticle to the Spirit
2. The remaining three songs have three parts. For these songs, each director should divide singers evenly among parts.
   1. Stars Tonight (Divisi starts at measure 67)
   2. This Is Your Time
   3. Tuli, Tuli

“Tuli, Tuli” Solo Opportunity

Ms. Lana would like 2-4 singers to perform the small group solo in “Tuli, Tuli.” Each director may recommend 1 singer to audition for this part. (This is optional)

Preparatory Rehearsal

Don’t forget that there is a rehearsal on Saturday, July 14th from 10:00-12:00 to help us ensure the singers are prepared for the Honor Choir. We highly encourage attendance at this rehearsal!

All music must be memorized by July 23rd. The more time you spend preparing, the more fun you will have!
