The following equipment is needed for SWACDA, if you can help please email-Taylor.Rodgers@jeffco.k12.co.us We will be arranging transportation for equipment to and from the schools; however, we are hoping directors might be able to supply a few items for the event. If you have any of the listed equipment needs, would you let us know? Everything would be picked up on the morning of February 27th  (Tuesday) and returned on Saturday afternoon. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated! 
Buell Theater
  • 10 sets of 4-step risers (carpet on risers needs to match)
  • Acoustic Travel Shells to go behind 9 sets of 4-step risers
  • Conductor’s podium (with back railing if possible)
  • 20 black music stands (be sure they are marked with school identification)
  • 1 electronic piano to use in the warm-up room – speakers loud enough for a full choir to sing with
  • 1 electronic piano stand to use in the warm-up room
Trinity United Methodist Church
  • 5 sets of 4-step risers (carpet on risers needs to match)
  • Conductor’s podium (with back railing if possible)
Embassy Suites Downtown Denver
  • 2 electronic pianos – speakers loud enough for 50-100 people to hear and sing with
  • 2 electronic piano stands
  • 15 music stands (be sure they are marked with school identification)
Sheraton Hotel Downtown Denver
  • 2 electronic pianos – speakers loud enough for a cappella choirs to hear and sing with
  • 2 electronic piano stands
  • 1 electronic piano suitable for use by the gospel choir rehearsal
  • 1 electronic piano stand
  • 4 sets of 4-step risers (carpet on risers needs to match)
  • 20 music stands (be sure they are marked with school identification)
