Colorado Repertory Singers is a performing arts non-profit based in the northwest suburbs of Denver. Our two choral ensembles provide concert experiences for audiences across the metro area and beyond. We regularly collaborate with other musical organizations with the hope of building cultural bridges, in addition to producing annual educational collaborations with local school music programs.
Development & Operations Manager
- Reports to: Managing Artistic Director
- Status: Average of 5-10 Hours/Week
- Location: Primarily remote, some in person duties may be required
- Salary: $8,000/Annually
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Development
- Coordinate with the Director of Development to create and implement attainable and ambitious fundraising goals for individual, foundation, and corporate donors
- Help form, sustain and co-lead a volunteer fundraising team
- Support efforts to reshape the organizational culture around fundraising and provide opportunities for training and coaching
- Help coordinate fundraising materials & communication with Director of PR/Marketing and team
Database Management
- Research and implement database system to track donations, ticket sales, membership, and more all in one place in collaboration with the Treasurer
- Report key learnings from the database to the Board regularly to help inform decisions toward strategic growth
Operations & Artistic Support
- Support planning and logistics for retreat days
- Coordinate with Managing Artistic Director in maintaining positive relationship with the rehearsal venue organization(s)
- May attend Board of Directors meetings as needed
Qualifications
- Deep alignment with the mission, vision and values of CRS
- Strong interpersonal skills with a caring, people-first approach
- Previous experience in non-profit fundraising and development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and database systems
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, create processes and structures, and excel in the unknown
